Today, take a few minutes to write down 7 things you've learned this year. They can be good things or even not so good things (knowing, though, that everything we learn can and should be turned into good.
I'm sure you learned many things in 2015 but you should be focusing on major things you learned that have helped shape and reshape your life and how you approach it.
I hope you're enjoying these short yet meaningful exercises each day. When you're done you'll have not only an inventory of 2015 but also a basic game plan for 2016.
