What is a belief – according to Abraham, a belief is nothing more than a chronic pattern of thought. Think about that for a minute. That makes perfect sense. Where do our beliefs come from? Usually it’s from our parents, our teachers, our religious leaders or even our other relatives – did you brother convince you there were boogy men in the closet at night? If he did, you really believed that didn’t you? That’s a belief!
Most of us do not even know what our beliefs are. But we sure are quick to say “That Law of Attraction thing is really bogus. How could anyone believe in that? Look how cruddy my life is….” and on and on. This chronic pattern of thought, this habit, it’s what we base our thoughts, feelings and actions on day in and day out. Most of the time we’re not even aware of what we believe and worse yet, we’re not even aware of how these beliefs affect our thoughts and feelings and therefore our every day life.
Some people have learned great beliefs and are extremely successful in all aspects of their life.
Some have excellent beliefs and are extremely successful in one or two areas of their life.
Some have beliefs that have taken them to levels of despair.
Where have your beliefs taken you? Are you happy in all areas of your life? Are things going the way you’d like them to be going? Do you have everything you want in life?
If you don’t have everything you want or aren’t happy, then you have limiting beliefs and they are what’s holding you back.
But the great news is that you can alter these beliefs and you can transform your life completely. You really can have everything you want in life.
Join me on a webinar on Thursday 14 June 2012 at 7 pm central time. I am going to show you about these limiting beliefs AND let you know about a coaching program I am having to help people identify their limiting beliefs and transform them in a 4 week course!
