Tell yourself  about the WONDERFUL things that you’ve experienced over the past year, only …

Pretend it was New Year’s Eve 2010!

Write these things down if you have time…but at the very least say them out loud – go for a walk, stand up at the commercials of the football games, just do it!

You’ll be amazed at what happens…
