Gratitude is a vital part of your success!
What happens frequently, however, is that people forget the good (or great) things that have happened to them even from yesterday. That is human nature but it limits the benefit of acknowledging and expressing gratitude.
The best way to deal with this is to keep a Gratitude Journal . Our Gratitude Journal was created for the PC only but allows you to have a sticky on your desktop where you can simply put items down and they are automatically put into your journal.
