Did you realize that you have created every single thing in your life? It’s true! Take a look around you and see how happy you are – check that out in every aspect of your life – financial, relationships, health, peace of mind….

Every thought, word or phrase is an affirmation and it impresses your subconscious mind to the point where you believe those things you say over and over again.

Today I even came across another phrase that I choose to avoid using from now on. I was about to tell someone how big her heart was and then immediately said “whoa, you don’t want to go there.” I do NOT wish anyone to have an enlarged heart! And yet that was what I was saying.
