Live in The Moment, Not For the Main Event

The main event has never been the manifestation; the main event has always been the way you feel moment by moment, because that’s what life is.

This says it all. It’s what people really mean when they tell you to live life in the moment! In the past 7 months I have learned how important that is. You cannot be “waiting” until you get to this point in life or achieve this or that, or have a new car, new relationship etc. You have to live right now and aim to be joyful and experience all that happens to you as it happens.

Try to do this for a day at first. If you make it to breakfast and then forget, that’s a step in the right direction. Keep on track every time you remember what you’ve vowed to do. Get yourself back to living in the now. Look around you, write it down then or at the end of the day. There are so many phone apps that are diaries that would make it easy for you to record how well you are living in the now.  Read it back when things seem to be going not so good.


Tuesday Tip

Start making a list of the things that make you happy. This can be in addition to your Gratitude/Appreciation journal or it can be separate. But if you just take a few moments each day to list one or two (or more if you like) things that you’ve seen or experienced that make you happy, soon you’ll have a nice long list that you can pull out and read and review whenever you feel you want to change your mood. Remember that it may be difficult or take awhile to change your reality (although it is possible) BUT you CAN change your mood because it’s simply dependent on you. Use this list to change your mood – to put you in a great vibrational space. The more you think about things that make you happy, the more you’ll be surprised about how your emotional state (feelings/vibrations) will improve. Try it, you’ll like it!

Tuesday Tip – 17 Seconds Sets The Universe Into Action

If you hold a feeling (vibration) for 17 seconds, the Universe speeds into action.

If you hold it for 68 seconds, you have manifested what you’ve been feeling/thinking/vibrating.

Manifestation is different than materialization. When you manifest something, the Universe has created it for you.

Materialization brings it into physical matter. So that will take more than 68 seconds. That’s where the Law of Gestation comes in.

Just know that you have created what you’ve been thinking about (whether it’s wanted it or unwanted) if you obsess about something for 68 seconds.
