Praise!

This goes along with my “tire” stories this week…Anne has another short article on the value of praise – after I had learned this from her years ago, I have always praised my cars and my house. Now I’m praising my car and my new tires as well as my OLD tires for they got me safely to and from many places.

Praise what you want.

Praise what you enjoy.

Praise people for the good they bring you.

Praise them for the lessons you learn from them so that you may go on to the next step.

Praise your family that serve as your teachers.

Praise your friends for the good they give you.

Stop “naming” things wrong, or bad, or sick, or hard, or mean, or rotten, or any other damaging name.

Use the power of your thoughts, words, and actions to bring out the good in people with who you associate. Help them as well as helping yourself. You will enjoy the pleasure even more when you see the new people who are coming into your life are exactly as the praise you have been speaking to others.

Affirmation for Praise

I praise my world and everything in it.

I praise my childhood that taught me precious lessons.

I praise the people I have known for showing me the way even when I did not want to go.

I praise the anger and hurt that removed me from situations that were no longer good for me.

I praise the loves and the joys that showed me the potential of what I can always have.

I praise the ability to review these situations and people so I may bless and let go of the ones of which I no longer want to be a part.

I praise my ability to evaluate the pleasant people and situations so that I may attract and create more of the same blessings that I deserve!

I praise my past for having brought me to where I am today.

All is well.

More on "The Tire"

It’s amazing how the Universe works!

When I went to get my bad tire fixed, it turns out that all four of my tires have “Texas Dry Rot” (I added the “Texas”) and needed replacement. So after investing over $1000 (for tires and brake work), I am back on the road and safe again.

Noticed I used the word “investing” instead of “spending”. “Spending” has a negative connotation to me and although at this time in our lives “investing” may not be much better (and might actually be the same…smile), I feel that this gives me a positive feeling about the process and therefore about my new tires.

You can bet I’ve written a lot in my gratitude journal about this. If you’ve ever driven in Texas, you’ll know that not only is it the “Truck state” it’s also the “I just thought that the speed limit sign was there for decoration” state.  I drove over 600-700 miles last weekend on these really bad tires. The Universe took care of me – as it always has I will add.  And even on Tuesday when I had the flat, it was not on the highway going fast – it was just after the turn onto a side road.

You have to change the way you look at things – and in conjunction with that, the way you feel about things. This event has exposed me to many interesting things to think upon. And, as usual, I have learned more about the practical side of life!

Praise whatever happens to you and see what parallels you can find.

More on “The Tire”

Metaphysics can be fun.

Metaphysics can be entertaining.

Metaphysics can assist you in realizing your dreams.

Metaphysics can create chaos when you begin to apply the principles without first learning wisdom, integrity and spiritual maturity.

Metaphysics: that great word that has come to mean everything from “higher consciousness”, to “weird”, to “occult”, “to a spiritual way of life”.

Metaphysics can be all of these definitions according to each person’s quest.

Each person will be defining, teaching, and practicing metaphysics in their own understanding.

They will get results according to the strength of their beliefs and the amount of energy they put into their thoughts and feelings.

There are several very important points of metaphysics that will affect your goals.

A wise metaphysician will learn these points and apply them constantly to their goals and desires.

Some points will be applied to daily life in order to enhance and make much easier the changes you wish to bring about.

It is of prime importance to first evaluate what results your dreams and thought will bring…especially when they involve other people.

You cannot use your energy to manipulate or control another person without your integrity creating karma for you to experience.

In other words, your integrity (or lack of integrity) is the part of the law that creates your punishment.

Integrity & Metaphysics

Integrity  

With integrity as your foundation, you will have fewer mistakes.

You will think before you speak.

You will make sure that what you ask for is something that is good for all concerned.

You will see people with a different light, knowing that they are a reflection of something in you.

You will understand that if you do not like that person, it is something in you that you want to change.

Metaphysics without integrity is the door to chaos, pain, lack, fear, and anger.

Metaphysics with integrity is a life of pleasure, peace, love and prosperity.

Affirmation for Integrity
