Your Week in Review

Review word and penAs the first week of the year has finished, why not establish a habit of reviewing each week to see how you’re doing on your ‘New Beginning’. You can see if there’s anything you want to change or do differently pretty early on this way. You can also tell if you really were in your right mind last week when you made all those resolutions in the “spirit” of the New Year (or because of the “spirits” of the New Year). In case you didn’t get the report on “New Beginnings, Not Resolutions“, you can still get it here.

Take some time today to write in a notebook or journal what happened this week. As I’ve said before, I do mine in my calendar program where I record everything as it happens day by day. I do this for multiple reasons and could write an entire report on that but for now, it will suffice if you just get a notebook when you’re out shopping.  Write down everything that you can remember. It can be as simple and specific even as meeting with someone at work. Be sure to put down what you talked about. It may seem insignificant now but it could be very important in the future. And, if it turns out not to be important, than no harm was done by spending a few minutes recording it.

Remember to put down your feelings as well as your thoughts. Feelings turn things from “good” to “bad” or from “bad” to “good”. If you declare something good when it happens instead of swearing about how horrible it is, you’ll be moving onto one of the positive vibrational planes and the Universe begins to respond by turning things into “good”.

Maybe you’re ready to revisit some of the new beginnings you thought you were after. However, I would recommend that that only be done when you actually made resolutions as opposed to scripting your new year – your new beginning. If you’ve scripted how you want your life to turn out, then it’s too early to change that. But the events, thoughts and emotions of each week are valuable indicators as to how your script is going. But remember that you’re creating a TV Show of your life and sometimes in those shows you have to ad lib. This week’s events could indicate just an ad lib or it could mean that you might want to rescript your TV Show…but let’s not do that yet – let’s wait and continue this process for a few more weeks.

Keep on trucking and if you haven’t started scripting your 2016 personal Reality TV Show, then start on the inventory and plans now. Pick up your copy of “New Beginnings, Not Resolutions“!

Let me know if you have any questions.

7 Relationships That You Want To Improve This Year

Relationships word cloud conceptI love this one! We have so many relationships in our lives that we usually don’t take enough time to cherish them or evaluate them. There are many relationships with people that fill our daily lives. But, there are also relationships with everything around you – food, your home, the weather, your city/town, your environment, money, religion etc.

So, your mission today, should you choose to accept it, Mr. Phelps (sorry – that’s for the older people in the audience ha ha), is to make a list of 7 of your relationships that you want to improve this year!

You can get extra “credit” if you add this:

  • Why you want the relationships to improve
  • 7 relationships that you wish you had improved this past year
  • 7 relationships that you did improve last year

New Beginnings, Not Resolutions – Special Report

New Life Concept

Here’s a link to your special report to script your own new year.

Don’t make resolutions. Save setting goals for the specific projects you want to accomplish.

But this coming year is different. Using the tools in this special report, you’ll be able to take inventory of where you’ve been (as we’ve been doing for the past 12 days with our inventory lists) and then write the script for the year you want to have.

Create your own Reality TV Series and script your season finale – this will show the Universe where you want to be at this same time next year! The Universe will then deliver your desires as long as you stay focused on the positive and identify your limiting beliefs when you find yourself “but-ing” (this is the “but” that comes after you make a positive affirmation such as “I am making half a million dollars a year” or “I now weigh 120 pounds” etc).

Clapperboard, isolated on white background. 3D render.

Download the report and then most importantly use it.

Go to the download page now!

Enjoy writing your own show! That’s what reality TV is really about, right?

Momentum Monday

momentum-monday1“We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.”
Winston Churchill

Isn’t this a great way to end the Holiday Season all the while carrying the spirit into this new year?

I was touched deeply when I read this. It’s what life is all about. People who criticize money don’t take the time to realize all the good that can be done with money. When you have money, you can help others. But this quote is not just about money. It’s about friendship, love and even laughter. As I read it, I was reminded of a great guy I know from running but also on Facebook.  His posts are funny but they are “him”, not just jokes or photos as many people post. He posts about himself and his life but makes you laugh while doing so. He gives the gift of laughter and we all know that “laughter is the best medicine”.

We give support to others in times of struggle. I know that I would not have finished my “Tennessee Trek” last summer without the support of everyone on Facebook and of my friends with their texts and phone calls.  That was a gift I’ll never forget.

What gifts can you give that will shape and define your life?

Keep this in mind all week as you begin the best year ever!

7 Ways In Which You Want To Improve Your Life This Year

Hands Holding Improve Word ConceptHow do you want your life to change this year? Are you satisfied with where you are today? With all you’ve achieved? Or, do you want more – or perhaps, more in some areas that you’ve been neglecting to pursue others? Or maybe you want to be able to balance your life a bit more and put more attention on some and less than others.

Your job today is to jot down 7 ways in which you want to improve your life in 2016. Maybe you’ve written some of these before but this time it will probably be in category form. It might be specifics if you haven’t listed them before but we want to start trying to program our GPS so that we at least know our destination for this time next year. You know where you are right now as a result of the inventory you did last week (that’s the starting point for your GPS) and now you’re getting your destination points in your GPS so the Universe can calculate how to get you there.

Keep on your road of New Beginnings.
