7 Aspects – Life – Struggle….

Struggle gives us things to overcome. That’s a big key. As children, a lot of us were taught that it is overcoming that gives us the glory of God to work through. Then we can praise God for helping us overcome.

Emma Curtis Hopkins says in her book, Class Lessons of 1888, “It is not spiritual to overcome. It is spiritual to not have to overcome.” That’s a big difference.

As soon as something begins to happen in your life, immediately say, “I put life into the goodness of this.” If all of a sudden you see discord in relationships, say, “I put life into this relationship. I put life into this person.”

If you put life into your children, they get smarter. That’s a big key. If you put life into your body, it gets healthier. If you put life into your bank account, it gets richer. Lavish supply does not mean money. It’s whatever it takes to make your life whole, happy, healthy and complete.

Do You Choose To Have Life In Your Body?

That’s another teleseminar I’ve done, “Practice What You Preach.” I believe that as we learn the value of words, and what words really mean in our lives, we can stop saying anything to puts lack and limitation into our lives.

I don’t think we’re supposed to have lack, poverty, poor health or no money. Our lives are supposed to be as the beloved of God, as to the kingdom, to have whatever we choose to have.

The first step is in making a choice. What do we choose to have in our lives? I choose to have a good life. What makes up a good life? Happiness, health, prosperity, peace of mind, wonderful relationships and a spiritual attitude of all good coming to us. When we can do this, our thoughts will change the outer self.

People say this is not reality if there is lack of any kind. It’s an invisible thing. Folks, whatever you see in your life is your report card. If you see poor health, fear, anxiety, frustration and bad relationships, then you somehow have a belief system that you’re into struggle.

7 Aspects – Life in Your Body

Life in your body brings about health and wholeness. I want to go back to something I said before about “what we see is what we get.”

One of talk I gave at INTA (International New Thought Alliance) was on the mistakes we make in the New Thought movement. One of them is that we get into healing. Everybody does a healing. They say, “We need a healing over here. This church has to be healed. They don’t get along well. This school has to be healed. All of the kids in Colorado have to be healed.”

They look at somebody and see them as sick. If I see you as sick, I’m doing you a great disservice. My job, and all of our jobs, is to see people in perfect health, to look beyond the efforts in a person’s life and see that person as whole, happy, healthy and free. That’s our job. That way we can change people. That’s the prayer work we do.

If we look at people and see them sick, what are we giving life to? Sickness. If we look at ourselves and see ourselves as sick, weak or in pain, we are giving life to that within us that we don’t want to see. We give life to the things that we want.

Spend the next couple of minutes giving life. “I give life to my body, and it is healthy. I give life to my relationships, and they are healthy. I give life to my family, and they are healthy. I give life to my bank account, and it is healthy.”

Do you see the difference in saying “health” versus “sick”? If you said you bank account was sick, it would mean no money. It’s lack. Sickness is lack of health. Sick is lack of money, lack of time, lack of love in your relationships or lack of anything.

We change that around and say “give life to a healthy body, mind and relationships.” Then we stop ever seeing anything as sick. We begin to practice what we preach.

7 Aspects – Giving Life To….

Anything in your life can be transformed in the quickest possible time by using one of those aspects. The first one is life. If you don’t have enough money in your life, that’s lack. How do you change lack to prosperity? You put life into your bank account. You put life into your wallet. You put life into your work. You put life into everything.

“I choose life in my bank account. I choose life in my wallet. I choose life in the money I already have. I choose life in my own generosity. Life is in my life. Life is everything.” When we do this, it stirs and stimulates anything associated with money.

I have people come in here periodically who say, “I don’t want to hear about money. Money is the root of all evil.” Do you know what I believe? It’s the lack of money that is the root of all evil. Why do people rob and kill? Lack of money. They have been taught that money is not good to have around.

What does money do? Money builds hospitals. Money repairs New Orleans. Money creates healthy things for people who don’t have money to pay for it. Money buys groceries.

If we believe in omnipresence, we have to believe in money because God created everything. This energy force that created money just made it easier so women don’t have to go to the market and carry a pig on their shoulders to barter with.

We can write a check. God created banks. We have to get it in our minds that everything in creation came through somebody’s mind in order to make life easier for us.

7 Aspects – Creation & Life Force

Today God is still creating. This energy source is still creating. In the past 50 years, what has been created? Television? Radio? Spaceships? iPods? All of the electronic things we have are a creation of God using the energy of somebody’s mind who said, “I believe I can make something different.”

Everything that has ever been created came out of a human mind in order to make some kind of discovery, like medications, transportation and everything you can think of.

How in the world can we then condemn anything as being wrong rather than saying, “It is the use of it that makes it harmful to people”?

The H-Bomb is harmful to people. It was a creation out of God’s mind, probably to stop or prevent something that would have been worse later on. This sounds a little bit strange. Bear with me for a minute.

Just suppose that the bomb had not been created when it was by the United States. Suppose it waited 10 years, and every country had it. The whole world would have been annihilated. That would have been worse.

Just suppose that the ideas, thoughts and feelings that brought about television, radio and space things were not created at the time. We would have been backwards, as was the world before it began to develop into so many brilliant people who are able to create and say, “I can put this together to make this.”

Creation comes out of people’s minds to put stuff together to make something new. As a child when you were playing with mud pies, if you saw some little rocks, you put them in and called them raisins or pecans. If you had muddy water, you would call it iced tea.

You were beginning to create. When these creations began to come about, the life force began to move through somebody as a creative force.
