Momentum Monday

I’ve seen this so many times – and have been victim of it myself. “I’ll be happy when _________” and just fill in the blank. But you never know what will happen between now and the “when” arriving. Things change in a heartbeat. So enjoy your life NOW, don’t wait for anything at all. Enjoy the moment knowing you’re on a journey – a journey that can be more beautiful than any you’ve taken so far – if you just let it be that way. Even if it’s a journey just to work but work will lead you to be able to do more with your life. Take each step loving what you see, what you feel, what you’re experiencing, what’s happening to those around you when you’re there, everything. If you’ve thought about something, you’ve already manifested it – the Universe has already created it for you. It’s just your job to allow the Law of Gestation work and let it come to you in the time that’s required. But know that once you’ve imagined/imaged it in your mind, it will be yours soon in the material world and rejoice in “having” it now. Believe it or not this will speed its arrival because it will generate more of the positive emotions that increase your allowance and letting it into your life.

Work on this process this week. Everytime you think “when”, replace it with a visualization that you already have or are doing whatever it is that followed the “when”. Then see what happens as you enjoy having that item in your life. You really can enjoy it even if it has not yet materialized.

Momentum Monday

momentum-monday1“Negative emotion is your indicator of resistance, while positive emotion is your indicator of allowance. And they are on the same meter: allowance; resistance. Allowance; resistance.” —Abraham [Excerpted from the workshop: Monterey, CA on March 20, 2001]

Think of this “meter” like the Wheel of Fortune and as the needle spins it goes from allowance to resistance back to allowance again and round and round.

If you can identify and understand that when you are feeling negative emotions, you are resisting and not letting things into your life that you really want, this will set you up to really want to change your emotions. The positive ones will let the good come into your life so why wouldn’t anyone want to dwell more on the positive emotions and do anything they can to garner more of them. Not only will the positive feelings/emotions bring you more of what you want, but it also just plain feels good!

Pay attention to your emotions this week and see what you can do to transform the negative ones into better ones! See if it gets easier during the week. It should.

Momentum Monday

This one simple sentence says it all. If you’ve paid attention to the series on Influential Spiritual Laws I did over the holidays, you’ll know that you have the power. And with that ownership comes the ability to give yourself what you want as well as the power to attract things you don’t want – all depending on your vibration!

That’s why I’ve concentrated so much in the past year on Vibration and Momentum. The more you learn to control it and adjust it as needed, the more you’ll be able to bring yourself the things you want in life. Isn’t that better than just “hanging out and waiting for ‘whatever’ to show up”? I would rather regulate my orders – I have been on the receiving end of things I didn’t order from Amazon. This has happened twice and I was very fortunate to have Amazon rapidly respond and take care of it with NO effort required on my part. Occasionally things like that will happen in my life too but then I just way “that is not my truth!” and “everything ALWAYS works out for me.” These are two of my mainstay phrases and I repeat at least the “everything always works out for me” several times a day. And you know what? It always does work out for me. For, I have learned that I have the power (the Dominion) and work with the Spiritual Laws continually. It’s also always for the good so I know that the Universe will quickly provide it.

Notice that I have not mentioned anything about other people – it’s all been about the Universe. I know that I am NOT dependent on others for my mood or my good fortune. Of course we need others in our human lives but we are not dependent on them.

Remember this each time something happens in your life this week – it could be something good or something you don’t consider as good. Write it down and see where your vibration was when this came in your life AND THEN go back aways in time because you know you’ve set this up long before it happens. See if you can identify what you were feeling and doing to bring this event (good or otherwise) into your life!

Track it for a week or so and let us know what you find.

Momentum Monday

momentum-monday1“Delegate it to the manager. You have this really good staff that will take care of everything for you. You just have to delegate it — and trust it.” —Abraham Excerpted from the workshop: St. Louis, MO on July 18, 2000

This is such an important concept. We try to do everything by ourselves and that’s not the way to operate. It puts way too much stress on our mind and our body.

When you feel overwhelmed:

  • Write down on a sheet of paper all the things you have to do.
  • Then prioritize them all based on what absolutely has to be done today, what can be done at at time other than today. Use a numbering or a letter system to identify the ones that have to be done today.
  • Then really scrutinize the list and identify those items that only you can do.
  • After that, take those items that could be done by someone (or something) else and move them to the other side of the sheet of paper.

These are the things you’re going to turn over to the Universal Manager. You forget that there is this power out there that can do all things for us. And if nothing else, can help us accomplish what we feel MUST be done by us.

Let this manager help you out. All you have to do is ask. It’s funny how we forget this and struggle along in our own misguided way often. If you ask “Show me the way” – you’ll be amazed at what answers and ideas come to you.

There is no need for you to ever be overwhelmed once you realize this!

Try it this week.  See what jobs you can give to the Universal Manager.  You’ll be surprised and I think very happy too.

Anytime you feel negative emotion, you are in the mode of resisting something that you want, and that resistance takes its toll on you. It takes its toll on your physical body, and it takes its toll on the amount of wonderful things that you are allowing to come into your experience.” —Abraham [Excerpted from the workshop: Money and the Law of Attraction on August 31, 2008]

At the beginning of the year when the nights are long and the days are cold, this is an important concept to remember. Try to figure out what it is you’re resisting when you start to feel a negative emotion. Maybe you’re just resisting the cold, winter weather. Remember to reach for a better feeling place. It doesn’t have to be joy, it just has to be a better feeling. Move your way up the emotional scale. Use your Kodak Moment to get yourself on a different plane/disc.

If you’re constantly resisting things, then you will be able to remove that toll on your body. You don’t want to continually be experiencing that do you? The emotional and physical are all intertwined and must be worked on together. This applies to nutrition too. You have to pay attention to what’s going into your system to fuel it.

This week pay particular attention to your feelings and be conscious of what you might be resisting. When you realize that you’re feeling less than you’d like, identify what it is you’re working against and annotate what is going on in your body. It would be a good idea to record these observations this week. When you reach for a better feeling thought then see how your body responds and record it.

At the end of the week look over what happened all week and see what conclusions you come to. Share them with others here in the comment box!
