New people are now coming into my life who are loving, prosperous and nurturing friends.
How To Tell When You’ve Reached A New Level In Your Life?
by
Suppose you’ve done all the identifying and clearing that you can and have really prospered of late. For quite some time while you were actively “working” on your life, everything seemed to be going the right way. Everything was speeding up around you but in a good way. Your life has improved tremendously and you are on your way to a brand new level of success. You seem to be climbing the Empire State Building. But after awhile something happens. If you’re not careful, you could misinterpret that as bad or even wonder if your life will now be stagnant and meaningless. This is so far from the truth. You are actually at a new point in your life.
A sign of a new level of receiving is when you get this feeling that nothing’s happening in your life. You’re bored. When you look around and other people that you’re close to are having good things happen. You wonder why isn’t some of this happening to you? You’re doing everything that you’re supposed to be doing.
It gets to a point that it really doesn’t matter. You have a very strong sense of peace that it’s okay. “Where I am and what I’m doing is what I’m supposed to be doing. There is something going on, even if I don’t see it or recognize it at the moment.” This is something that’s really important for you to be able to recognize.
Another sign is worry stops. If you get a phone call that’s not to your liking you think, “So what? It’s okay. So what?” Then those topics combine to give you a feeling of expectancy. That expectancy very shortly brings on that new step, which will be a new opening or new awareness or new understanding in some way that this life force that is within you is moving you onward and upward. You can just relax, let go and go with it.
The next step is in keeping a record of giving and receiving. Reminders of receiving help your gratitude. The more gratitude you display, the more benefits you receive. That’s one of the areas where what we call “divine surprises” begin to come in. You ask for divine surprises frequently.
Sometimes people have reached a point in their life where they have achieved the things that they want, the financial prosperity and good relationships. Their children are happy and healthy. They’re in good health. They don’t really have any goals right at the moment, so they always ask for divine surprises.
That is when the universe really, really blesses you. It will bring things into your life that are just some of the greatest things you could even imagine.

How To Increase Your Unexpected Income
by
Unexpected income is almost the most fun to receive because it is unexpected and comes as a pleasant surprise. Most people don’t look at everything they receive and consider it to be income. That’s the first thing we want to focus on. Once you begin to recognize what unexpected income is, you must express gratitude for whatever it is, no matter how small it is. Recognition and gratitude when coupled with joy will increase the frequency with which you receive such wonderful surprises.
I’ll give you an example of unexpected income. I had ordered some dog food and went to pick it up today. The receptionist had such a smile on her face as she said “you’ve never had a bill this small”. I was amazed. I didn’t know that I had been credited with a referral fee when I sent a friend to the vet. I did it because I think he’s a great doc. So, even though I had to pay 5 dollars today, there was $50 of unexpected income. This is what we call a Divine Surprise. Most people would not have realized this as unexpected income because they would see that they had to pay something. But when you realize you would have had to pay $50 more without this Divine Surprise, it definitely constitutes unexpected income.
I spent the rest of the morning smiling and thanking the Universe for this wonderful gift. That is the second most important key – letting the Universe know that you recognize what has been given to you and that you’re very grateful for it. Gratitude will also increase the power of your receiving.
Once you’re home or at a place where you have your gratitude journal make sure you record the gift. This cements it into your brain and your subconscious and it even gives your subconscious the impression that you’ve received more than you did. What were the components of my gift today? Surprise leading to happiness and joy. After that came repeated expressions of gratitude – aloud and to myself – all with smiles and happiness. The day was topped off with writing in my gratitude journal that I received this wonderful gift. Each time I just said that I was thankful for the unexpected income. I didn’t say “just $50”. I simply wanted the Universe to know that I knew I had the gift and that I was immensely thankful. This will add much more power to the vibrations emanating from me.
Try this and see what happens. Did someone buy you a drink, a sandwich? Did you get a bagel or donut that someone brought for the whole crew?
What about a special coupon in the mail? Perhaps you bought something on sale – that’s unexpected income. Was someone in your neighborhood or a friend throwing out something that they asked you if you wanted? Look around you and see what happened during the day. I had another unexpected income experience today also. I was in a convenience store and the woman put in a penny for me rather than having to give me 99 cents in change. That may not sound like much but it’s more that adds power from my gratitude.
Gratitude is essential to your success. You can download a no-cost Gratitude Journal for your PC at The Gratitude Journal – Install it on your computer and then use it. If you want to find out more about how to craft your success check out The Art of Making Things Happen.

How To Prevent Driving From Sabotaging Your Success
by
Did you know that one of the biggest opportunities for passing judgment occurs on the streets and roads of the world? Think about it. No one drives like you – of course. You may chuckle at this or you may cringe with admission. But judgment is a key factor in self-sabotage when you’re aiming at success. Let’s talk about this.
Essentially it boils down to the fact that judgment is essentially negative. So every time you’re commenting (to use a nice word) on other people’s driving, you’re making a judgment. Since you want to remain positive (or at least neutral) all the time, this judgment is negating much of the progress you’ve already made. And since it’s unlikely that simply saying “I won’t drive near anyone that irritates me today” will change your circumstances, what you need to change is your attitude, thoughts, and maybe even your behavior when you do drive.
When you criticize others even if you don’t know who they are, you’re sending out negative vibrations and this negativity counteracts the energy that you’re focusing on changing your life and bringing you success. Perhaps you’ve just expressed your gratitude to the universe by volunteering and now you’re on the way home. But it’s rush hour and so the traffic is at a crawl. All of a sudden a motorcyclist comes zooming past you between the lanes. Your blood pressure goes up, you’re angry and think “what a jerk, I’d love to open my door as he’s coming by and let him have it – so there.” Of course, you’re still sitting there in traffic. Did that thought make you feel better? What do you think it did to your positive actions of volunteering? It may actually have wiped out much of the positive energy and focus you put out.
Let’s say you’re in that same situation and because you’re stopped or at a crawl you’ve started saying your denials and affirmations and the motorcyclist passes. That thought you just had will wipe out all the good of your denials and affirmations. Do you want someone you don’t even know to affect your success? I know I don’t.
You can do a couple of things to prevent this from happening. You may not be able to change the driving and behavior of others but you sure can change your reaction to them. You can also use these circumstances to help identify characteristics within yourself that you need to change. The most obvious of these characteristics is being judgmental. Judging others is the same as condemning them. You don’t know what’s going on in them. Perhaps that motorcyclist is on the way to the hospital because a relative was rushed there in an emergency? What would you feel like if you found that out?
The other thing you can do with these experiences is learn how what they are saying about your behavior. I used to become upset when I was walking in “my” neighborhood and cars would speed by. It took me awhile to realize I was trying to be responsible for the whole area even though I couched those thoughts with the indignant “you might hurt someone and if you’re late, you should leave earlier” or something like that. Who am I to condemn others..and then I looked at how I was driving in my own neighborhood. I was speeding when I went to work. The speed limit is 30 mph and because it was dark and early, I justified it (when I even thought about it) that there was no one on the road at that hour. Well, first of all, that was a false thought because there are always people walking or running at any hour. Besides, the signs don’t say “you only need to go 30 mph WHEN there are people out on the road”. The speed limit is the speed limit. So, instead of continuing to criticize others, I turned the events inside and changed my behavior for the good. By doing this I also eliminated the anger and indignation that I would feel that others were doing something “wrong”. Often times, this just equates to envy that you’re not “able” to do the same thing you’re condemning. You’re probably afraid you’d get caught so you’re mad that someone else can do it and not get caught. Stop focusing on others and go within.
It’s so vital that we clear ourselves and deal with what’s inside of our minds and souls. There’s no need to think outside your own box. You have enough to do with your inner work without having to worry about what other people do with their lives.
Try this for a week and see what happens to your experiences on the road. Things will change. And so will you.
