“How to Claim Additional Income” Teleseminar This Sunday

Join us this Sunday (1 August) at 6 pm Central time (use this site to determine the time in your area). We’re doing a great teleseminar on a topic that is definitely on everyone’s mind – “How to Claim Additional Income”.

There are ways that we expect our income to arrive from (work – salary etc). But did you know that there are other ways to have a source of income?

Anne will help you discover what these ways are. I know that everyone is looking to increase their income no matter what – so why not tune in to the teleseminar Sunday night and immediately put what you learn into play.

Once again, I’m not sure there will be a replay and if there is, it will be probably be open only to those who are in other countries where the time of the teleseminar is the middle of the night for them. So tune in live.

If you were on the last teleseminar you saw how many of your questions we answered right on the call.

Here’s the information:

Special Methods of General Prayer

Special Methods of General Prayer

A good way to start with General Prayer is to take the Lord’s Prayer and consider each line of it silently and verbally. This has been persistent throughout the ages and has been believed to have magical powers especially when repeated over and over.

You can pray by invoking the name of Jesus Christ – mentally image Jesus taking care of anything, any situation or person that bothers you.  Catherine Ponder reports of a woman who hated her husband but years later was still married to him. She began to daily think of Jesus Christ going to work on her husband. “I saw Christ working in and through him, working with him, even having lunch with him. I visualized my husband and the Christ with him, coming home to his wife and family to well-cooked meals, happy and contented” This woman reported that her husband was now a different man, one who is kind, thoughtful, happy and loving.

At times one form of prayer will help you and at other times you’ll need another form. Even though we hear a lot about affirmative prayer and silent prayer, it is important to remember the good old-fashioned type of prayer.

The Prosperity Law of Prayer

Prayer really is natural to man. Even though people don’t talk about it much in public, it’s always with them.

The person who prays daily is certain to succeed because he is attuning himself to the richest and most successful force in the universe.

Remember Jesus promised “All things whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, you shall receive.” (Matthew 21:22)

This Bible promise makes it clear that there is nothing wrong with praying for things. many people think (wrongly) that it is wrong to pray for things. Jesus knew that if you first pray for things, you’ll learn the power of prayer and you’ll want to go further and deeper in developing your prayer power.

Even Emmet Fox once described the power of praying for things:

“Prayer does change things. Prayer does make things happen quite otherwise than they would have happened had the prayer not been made. It makes no difference at all what sort of difficulty you may be in. It does not matter what the causes may have been that led up to it. Enough prayer will get you out of your difficulty, if only you will be persistent enough in your appeal to God.”  (From “The Sermon on the Mount”)

There are four basic ways of praying so that everything will be all right:

1) There is General Prayer. This is praying to God as a loving, understanding Father in your own private way. It can be on your knees or in any comfortable position. It can be expressed in spoken words or silent communion. It can be with a prayer book before you, or it can be by browsing thorough your Bible, dwelling on your favorite passages, or paraphrasing them to meet your need.

Unanswered Questions From Sunday’s Teleseminar

We answered almost everyone’s questions that were on the teleseminar (the replay has been taken down now) but here are three that had been asked ahead of time (with the answers)

QUESTION:

“My question would be how does optimism and pessimism help/ affect one in stretching to achieve goals set. The second would be does stretching have limits or risks and how does one get to know these limit and risk.”

ANSWER:  In order to achieve anything you must want to achieve.  First of all you need to have faith in yourself. Know that the reason you have an idea that causes you to stretch is telling you……….. You came to earth for a purpose.  A desire is the beginning of that purpose.  It is the special part of you saying, “Get on with it.  Stop making excuses and just DO IT.”

QUESTION:

“Where can a person like me start in life, cos i have lost hope “

ANSWER:   Hope has nothing to do with starting.  It is your desire to have, do, or accomplish something that gives you the ideas of what to do to make it happen.  If you have no desires, you will sit  in your own little box forever.

QUESTION:
“When you say stretch to get what you want, does that mean, make believe. For example if I aspire to get a degree in Psychology, do I stretch, or make believe, that I am going to school, I am working for the degree, or do I see myself as already a Dr. in Psychology, and am doing everything in my power to get that degree?”

ANSWER:  Stretch means to set your goals, ask yourself, “where do I start”, or, “show me the next step to take to accomplish my goals” , and then taking some actions. Seeing yourself complete  in what you want requires setting goals, working toward them then resetting more goals.  (Your goals frequently change to include more or bigger than you previously thought)  Always keep in mind the ultimate goal you want but it’s much easier to set goals along the way.

If you liked the teleseminar you’ll be able to get many more answers to your questions and find a simple way to plan your life according to your desires in “The Art of Making Things Happen
